**Energy modelling rebate not to exceed 100% of actual project modelling costs incurred.
Will my project qualify?
As long as your build falls into the following categories, the answer is yes!
The property serves as a dwelling unit or residential structure.
The building consists of up to three floors, with a ground area not exceeding 600 square metres.
The project is a new construction (not extensions or remodelling).
The premises will utilise electricity or natural gas from Manitoba Hydro.
You must reach out or apply to Efficiency Manitoba before commencing work.
